Objective:
  Representation of sinusoidal waveform as complex numbers (PHASORS).
Steps:
Cartesian and polar form of complex number.
   
Equivalent sine wave .
is the peak value of the waveform. = x 2.
x the rms value.
   
Understand the representation.
   

Examples:

V1 = 240+j0
V2=100+j100
V3=j100
I1 = 8-j6
I2 = -8+j6
